de la Monnaie Brussels, at the Concertgebow in Amsterdam Opéra de Monte Carlo
and Paris-TCE (Guillaume Tell - title role), at the Teatro alla Scala in
Milan (Don Pasquale - title role; Rimbaud, Comte Ory), at the
Teatro dell'Opera in Rome (Attila, Ezio, cond. Riccardo Muti and Don
Pasquale, cond. Bruno Campanella), in London (Belisario - title role,
recorded by Opera Rara) at the Opéra de Paris (Dandini, La Cenerentola;
Fra Melitone, La Forza del Destino), at the Teatro Real de Madrid (Don
Pasquale, cond. Riccardo Muti), at the Opéra de Monte Carlo (Stankar, Stiffelio cond.
Maurizio Benini), at the Metropolitan Opera (Falstaff, cond. James
Levine, L'Elisir d'Amore, cond. Maurizio Benini), in Berlin (L'Elisir
d'Amore).
Future plans include: Falstaff (title role) and La Cena
delle Beffe at La Scala in Milan; La Gazzetta (Don Pomponio)
and a lyric concert at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; I Puritani in
Madrid; Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Paris (Opéra National); Leoncavallo’s Zazà and
Bellini’s Adelson e Salvini in London (concerts and recordings
for Opera Rara) while at the Opera House Covent Garden he will perform La Traviata;
Simon Boccanegra (title role) in Antwerp and Luxemburg; Don Quichotte (title
role) at the Lyric Opera in Chicago; Il Trovatore and I Masnadieri in
Monte Carlo; Rossini’s Stabat Mater in Santander; a Gala concert
in Orange; L’Italiana in Algeri and other important future productions
at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.

Winner of “Lauri Volpi”, “Maria Caniglia” and Rosertum Lyric Contests, Mrs Vestri
made her debut in 2003 as Suzuki in Madama Butterfly. An eclectic artist
with bold acting qualities, she can boast a huge repertoire that spans from Bel
Canto to Verdi and Puccini’s masterpieces. Annunziata Vestri regularly collaborates
with theaters such as: Teatro dell’Opera in Rome, Teatro Regio in Turin, Maggio
Musicale in Florence, Teatro Comunale in Bologna, San Carlo in Naples, Opéra de
Montecarlo, Teatro Regio in Parma, Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago, Sferisterio
Opera Festival in Macerata, Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto. Mrs. Vestri lately
sang: Donizetti's Belisario and Torquato Tasso at
the Bergamo Musica Festival; Cilea's L’Arlesiana at the Wexford
Festival Opera and at the Teatro Pergolesi in Jesi; La Clemenza di Tito in
Trieste; Rigoletto in Naples; Carmen in Livorno,
Lucca and Genoa; Il Trovatore in Schenkenberg; La Traviata
in Bari; Madama Butterfly in Kiel and Bari; Andrea Chénier (Madelon)
in Naples; Aida (Amneris) in St. Margarethen and in Kazan. Mrs.
Vestri made her film debut performing as Tisbe in La Cenerentola for
the Opera movie directed by Carlo Verdone, conducted by Gelmetti and produced by
Rada Film.
Annunziata Vestri future engagements include: Madama Butterfly (Suzuki)
in Florence; Guglielmo Ratcliff at the Wexford Festival Opera; Carmen,
