Bruno Campanella), in London (Belisario - title role, recorded by Opera Rara) at the Opéra de Paris (Dandini, La Cenerentola; Fra Melitone, La Forza del Destino), at the Teatro Real de Madrid (Don Pasquale, cond. Riccardo Muti), at the Teatro Regio in Turin (Gérmont, Traviata), at the Opéra de Monte Carlo (Stankar, Stiffelio cond. Maurizio Benini), at the Metropolitan Opera (Falstaff, cond. James Levine, L'Elisir d'Amore, cond. Maurizio Benini), in Berlin (L'Elisir d'Amore) Nicola Alaimo lately returned singing Falstaff in Bamberg.

Future plans include: Falstaff (title role) at the Opéra de Marseille and at La Scala in Milan; La Gazzetta (Don Pomponio) at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; I Puritani in Madrid; Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Paris (Opéra National); Leoncavallo’s Zazà and Bellini’s Adelson e Salvini in London (concerts and recordings for Opera Rara); Cenerentola (Dandini) in Palermo; Simon Boccanegra (title role) in Antwerp and Luxemburg; Don Quichotte (title role) at the Lyric Opera in Chicago; La Traviata at the Covent Garden in London; Il Trovatore and I Masnadieri in Monte Carlo; Rossini’s Stabat Mater in Santander; L’Italiana in Algeri and other important future productions at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.

Fabrizio Beggi - Lord Gualtiero Valton

Mr. Beggi started his career in 2011 attending the Ensemble Opera Studio at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, where he made his debut in Donizetti’s Il Campanello (Don Annibale Pistacchio), then he performed in Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi (Marco e Maestro Spinelloccio) and in Roméo et Juliette (Le Duc) under Fabio Luisi. Fabrizio Beggi won the Toti Dal Monte prize in 2012, which led him to make his debut in Cimarosa’s Matrimonio Segreto in Treviso, Ferrara and Rovigo. Mr. Beggi recently sang Rigoletto in Savona, Battistelli’s Matrimonio all’Italiana at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, La Cenerentola (Alidoro) in Ferrara and Treviso. Mr. Beggi regularly collaborates with the Teatro Regio in Turin, where in the past seasons he starred in Andrea Chénier, Don Carlo and more recently in Simon Boccanegra, Rigoletto, Gianni Schicchi, Un Ballo in Maschera on tour in Japan and Guillaume Tell (Melchtal), then on tour at the Edinburgh Festival and in Canada. Recently he performed I Capuleti e I Montecchi at the Reate Festival under Fabio Biondi, Tosca in Jesi and Fermo and Un Ballo in Maschera at the Comunale in Bologna, Mariotti conducting.

Future plans include Handel’s Imeneo at the Handel Festival in Halle with Fabio Biondi and Europa Galante, Madama Butterfly in Rome, I Capuleti e I Montecchi in Warsaw, La Bohème in Brescia and on tour in Italy.
