Silvia Frigato - soprano
Winner of the
“Francesco Provenzale” International Baroque singing competition in Naples
(2007), she performs at numerous prestigious concerts and festivals, including:
Monteverdi Festival in Cremona; Musica e Poesia a San Maurizio in Milan; Centro
di Musica Antica Pietà de' Turchini in Naples; Valle d'Itria Festival in Martina
Franca; Misteria Paschalia in Kraków; KunstFestSpiele Herrenhausen in Hannover;
Festival de Radio France in Montpellier, to name only a few. She regularly
collaborates with such artists as Rinaldo Alessandrini, Gianluca Capuano,
Claudio Cavina, Ottavio Dantone, Antonio Florio, Lorenzo Ghielmi, Philippe
Herreweghe, Sigiswald Kuijken and such ensembles as Collegium Vocale Gent,
Accademia Bizantina, La Divina Armonia, La Venexiana, I Turchini, Gambe di Legno
Consort, Sonatori de la Gioiosa Marca.
She has recorded for Tactus, Brillant and Glossa and her recordings have been
broadcasted by RAI Radio 3, Radio France, ORF and many others.
She recently sang Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater with Concerto Italiano and
Rinaldo Alessandrini beside Sara Mingardo at the Salle Gaveau in Paris, Lulier’s
Christmas Oratorio in Mauerbach with Gambe di Legno and Paolo Zuccheri
(recorded for ORF) and a baroque concert in Venice with the Orchestra of the
Teatro La Fenice under the baton of Stefano Montanari.
Future plans:
Caccini’s Euridice (Euridice and Tragedia) at the Innsbrucker Festwochen
der Alten Musik; Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo (role of Euridice) at the Paris
Opera under Rinaldo Alessandrini, in the renowned production by Robert Wilson.

Annunziata Vestri - mezzo
Winner of “Laura Volpi”, “Maria Caniglia” and Rosertum Lyric Contests, she made
her debut in 2003 as Suzuki. An eclectic artist with bold acting qualities, she
can boast a huge repertoire that spans from Bel Canto to Verdi and Puccini's
masterpieces. She recently sang Preziosilla in La Forza del Destino at
the Teatro Regio in Parma and Ninetta in Les vêpres siciliennes at the
Teatro San Carlo in Naples, both of them conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti. She
also performed Il viaggio a Reims in Florence, Elektra at the
Teatro dell’ Opera in Rome, Madama Butterfly in Bergamo and Novara,
Rigoletto in Pisa; she was Irene in Donizetti’s Belisario, for the
opening production at the Donizetti Festival in Bergamo and she enjoyed a great
success as Rosa Mamai in L’Arlesiana at the Wexford Festival Opera. She
made an outstanding TV debut in Carlo Verdone’s movie "La Cenerentola", Rada
Film production.
Future plans:
Maddalena in Rigoletto and Dvorak’s Stabat Mater at the Teatro
Carlo Felice in Genoa and Falstaff at the Opéra in Marseille.
