Madama Butterfly, Arena di Verona 2014
16/02/2015

17/09/2012

“MARCO ARMILIATO (Tosca e Aida). Bravo. Voto 9”

L’Arena.it- Settembre 2012

.And the conductor Marco Armiliato had the awe-inspiring courage to take the music seriously. Not only by firing up under the powerful passages - where Tivoli Concert Chorus created a credible illusion as a fiery Italian opera chorus - but also by going into the small details which Verdi's music is saturated with under the apparently substantial surface; with a delicate at times almost chamber musical sound from a very fit Tivoli Symphony Orchestra...

(Berlingske Tideny going into the small details which Verdi's music is saturated with under the apparently substantial surface; with a delicate at times almost chamber musical sound from a very fit Tivoli Symphony Orchestra...

(Berlingske Tidende, Agosto 2002)

...The conductor Marco Armiliato was in fine form who though a bit too often let Tivoli Symphony Orchestra be too enthusiastic and in danger of drowning the soloists...

(Børsen, Agosto 2002)
