Marianna Pizzolato - Angelina
Considered one of the foremost voices of our time Marianna Pizzolato is making her debut in Paris as La Cenerentola, role she had last sung in 2010 at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro.
Future plans include: L'Italiana in Algeri in Liège; Nabucco at the Royal Opera House-Covent Garden in London; La Donna del Lago in Santa Fe; Maria Stuarda and Nabucco at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona; Falstaff at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari. Active also on the concert side Marianna Pizzolato will perform Rossini’s Stabat Mater at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Petite Messe Solennelle in Marseille, Verdi's Requiem in Turin with the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della Rai and in Leipzig and a recital in Tokyo.

Alaimo’s future plans include: Falstaff at the Fundaçao Calouste Gulbenkian in Lisbon and in Marseille; Stiffelio (Stankar) at the Opera de Monte - Carlo; Guillaume Tell (title role) at the Nederlands Opera and Il Trovatore at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam; Luisa Miller in Liège; La Traviata at the Teatro Regio in Turin; Simon Boccanegra (Paolo) at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona beside Placido Domingo in the title role; L'Elisir d'amore (Dottor Dulcamara) in Berlin and Munich; Guillaume Tell at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; Don Quichotte in Chicago. He will also star in important future productions at the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
