After his debut in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Gliwice, Poland, he performed the main roles of La Clemenza di Tito and Il Matrimonio segreto with the Capella Cracoviensis.In 2007 he debuted at La Scala in the world premiere of Teneke by Fabio Vacchi, conducted by Roberto Abbado. His repertoire focuses on sacred music and the eighteenth century. Recent engagements include: Die Entführung aus dem Serail (Pedrillo) in Treviso conducted by Corrado Rovaris, Haydn's Die Schöpfung with Federico Maria Sardelli at the Carlo Felice in Genoa and the world premieres in modern times of Il Finto Turco by Piccinni at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza and Il Mondo alla Rovescia by Salieri at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona.

Amongst his recent engagements: Decio in Vivaldi’s L’Ottone in Villa at the Innsbrucker Festwochen der Alten Musik under Giovanni Antonini and Il Giardino Armonico; Silango in Gluck’s Le Cinesi in Potsdam and in Winterthur with L’arte del Mondo and Werner Ehrhardt; Entführung aus dem Serail (Pedrillo) under the baton of Johnatan Webb in Trento, Rovigo and Pisa; Scarlatti’s La Giuditta (di Cambridge) (Oloferne) in Rotterdam and in L’Aia; M. Haydn’s Requiem again with L’arte del mondo and Werner Ehrhardt; L’incoronazione di Poppea (Arnalta) at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino with Alan Curtis, and Pierluigi Pizzi directing; Il Ritorno di Ulisse in patria (Pisandro) at the Teatro alla Scala under the baton of Rinaldo Alessandrini and Bob Wilson directing. He has regularly collaborated with Werner Ehrhardt and L’arte del Mondo brought him to perform Anfossi’s La Finta Giardiniera (Contino) in concert and recorded by Sony/DHM and the Bach’s Weihnachtsoratorium in Steinfurt and in Trier. After that he sang Feo’s Passio secundum Johannem (Gesù) in Cuenca; Die Entführung aus dem Serail (Pedrillo) Corrado Rovaris conducting at the Opera Company in Philadelphia; Mozart’s Great Mass in C minor with the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra Manfred Honeck conducting.

Future plans include: Le nozze di Figaro at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari and at the Opera in Perm; Le Cinesi in Leverkusen and on tour in China; Cain, ovvero il primo omicidio in Herne. Krystian Adam will be in concert with Werner Ehrhardt singing Funeral Cantata by Kraus and in Schubert’s Mass in A-Flat Major in Leverkusen and in Berlin; he will perform Bach’s Cantatas with Fabio Bonizzoni and la Risonanza on an European Tour.

He recorded: Mozart's Requiem and Beethoven's Symphony n.9 for Wroclaw's Radio; Vivaldi's Griselda for Deutschland Radio; and Pergolesi's Dixit Dominus.
