    Originally from Bergamo, he graduated in Opera Singing from the “Claudio
      Abbado” Civic School of Music in Milan. He specialized in the baroque
      repertoire under the guidance of Gemma Bertagnolli and made his debut in
      the modern premiere of La Vedova Ingegnosa by Sellitti. He
      collaborates with prominent historically informed ensembles such as
      LaBarocca, Il Canto d’Orfeo, Coro Ghislieri, Micrologus, and La Fonte
      Musica, and with conductors including Rinaldo Alessandrini, Alessandro
      Quarta, Gianluca Capuano, Federico Maria Sardelli, Giulio Prandi, and
      Ruben Jais. A respected interpreter of Bach, Händel, Monteverdi,
      Stradella, Haydn, and Mozart, he has performed at major international
      venues and festivals such as the Concertgebouw, Château de Versailles,
      Wiener Konzerthaus, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and the Monteverdi
      Festival. His discography includes numerous recordings for labels such as
      Pentatone, Arcana, Passacaille, Brilliant Classics, and Dynamic.
