Competition (1996) starting a distinguished career that saw him perform such
operas as Don Carlo, Rigoletto, La
Bohème, Turandot, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Le Nozze di Figaro, I Puritani, Don
Giovanni, I Masnadieri.
Much appreciated by Riccardo Muti who invited him for the productions of
Iphigénie en Aulide,
Moïse et Pharaon
and Macbeth
at the Opera in Rome, he regularly
collaborates with such institutions as the Teatro Regio in Turin, the Arena in
Verona, the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, the Verdi Festival in Parma, the Palau de
les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia, the Liceu in Barcelona, the Nederlandse Opera
in Amsterdam, the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, the Teatro San Carlo in
Naples, Settimane Musicali in Stresa, the Opernhaus in Zurich, the Vlamse Opera
in Antwerp and the Opéra de Lausanne. He recently sang Verdi’s
Requiem
in Naples again under the baton of
Riccardo Muti and then in Vilnius with Violeta Urmana. After that he starred in
Luisa Miller
in Bilbao,
Aida
at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan,
Poliuto,La Bohème
at the Opernhaus in Zurich and Macbeth
at the Opéra de Lyon. Future plans include:

at the Accademia Nazionale Santa

Luca Dall’Amico - Pietro
Young and upcoming bass Luca Dall’Amico was chosen by Riccardo Muti for the role
of Agamemnon in Iphigénie en
Aulide at the Opera in Rome. He
was one of the four soloists of the 2011 Ravenna Festival final concert
conducted by Muti in Ravenna and replicated in Piacenza and Nairobi.
He recently
performed in Macbeth (Banco) and Attila (Leone) again under the baton of
Riccardo Muti at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome; Le Nozze di Figaro in Ancona;Petite Messe Solennelle at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome; Barbiere di Siviglia and Rigoletto in Venice;Madama
Butterfly and Tosca in Torre del Lago;Rigoletto and Il Trovatore at the Ravenna Festival.
Future plans include Il Barbiere di Siviglia, La Bohème,
La Traviata at the Teatro La
Fenice in Venice; Don Carlo at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan.Luca
Dall’Amico will be engaged at the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma singing I Due Foscari andNabucco, this last one then
on tour in Tokyo and Salzburg.
