Born in Empoli, she graduated with top marks in voice from the “Luigi
Cherubini” Conservatory in Florence and earned a degree in Law from the
University of Pisa. Winner of both the Second Prize and the Audience Prize
at the Tebaldi Competition, she made her debut in roles such as Despina (Così
fan tutte), Berta (Il barbiere di Siviglia), and Serpina (La
serva padrona). She has worked with conductors including Riccardo
Muti, Ottavio Dantone, Daniele Rustioni, and Rinaldo Alessandrini. Her
wide-ranging repertoire spans from Mozart to Puccini, Bellini, Rossini,
and Mercadante, to contemporary works such as Tutino’s La Ciociara
and Battistelli’s 7 Minuti. She has performed at major
international venues, including La Scala in Milan, Teatro Colón in Buenos
Aires, and the Opéra National de Paris.
