Cinzia Forte - Euridice*
Lyric coloratura soprano, Cinzia Forte is praised by international critics for
the uncommon elegance of her phrasing and remarkable stage presence. Mrs. Forte
is present on the billboards of the main Italian and European theaters such as
the Teatro alla Scala, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro La Fenice in Venice,
Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Teatro Regio in Turin,
Opera in Rome, Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, Royal Opera House Covent
Garden, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Liceu in Barcelona, Teatro de la Maestranza
in Seville, Zurich Opera House, Théâtre des Champs-Elysees in Paris, Opéra Royal
de Wallonie in Liège, Deutsche Oper Berlin and Teatro Real in Madrid. Cinzia Forte has
lately added important roles to her repertoire: Contessa d’Almaviva in Le
Nozze di Figaro (Liège), Anna Bolena (title role, in Trieste),
Desdemona in Otello (Pisa and Cagliari), Madama Butterfly (title
role, Sassari and Cosenza).

Francesco Ommassini - conductor
Francesco Ommassini was appointed musical director of the Orchestra Regionale
del Veneto Filarmonia Veneta. He did his debut in 2009 with two new productions of Traviata and Barbiere
di Siviglia with the Orchestra Filarmonia Veneta. Afterwards the successful
performance of the Coronation Mass by Mozart at Teatro Fraschini in Pavia
and a concert with the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra led to the invitation to
conduct during the further season. M° Ommassini opened the 2011 edition of the
Verona Contemporanea Festival at the Teatro Filarmonico with the Orchestra
dell’Arena di Verona. In September he conducted the Orchestra dei Pomeriggi
Musicali di Milano; more recently he conducted Il Barbiere di Siviglia in
Novara, Rigoletto and La Sonnambula at the Teatro Comunale in
Treviso, at the Comunale in Ferrara and at the Alighieri in Ravenna, and a
series of concerts at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona.

di seta for the As.Li.Co circuit (Cremona, Brescia, Pavia, Bergamo, Como).
