Iano Tamar - Norma (April 22nd [open dress], 24/27/29th, May 1/4th )

Considered one of the best dramatic sopranos, she has collaborated with conductors such as Riccardo Muti and Gianandrea Gavazzeni. Among her most successful performances, it is worth mentioning: Elisabetta di Valois in Don Carlos at the Staatsoper in Vienna, Rachel in La Juive at the Fenice in Venice, Tosca at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, Leonora in Il Trovatore at the Bregenz Festival, Leonora in La Forza del Destino at the Bayerische Staatsoper. Besides the great dramatic roles of the nineteenth century, Iano Tamar is an interpreter of Mozart’s characters like Elettra, Fiordiligi and Contessa d’Almaviva. Mrs. Tamar recently performed Il Trovatore in Athens; Macbeth at the Opéra in Lyon; Nabucco in Antwerp; Don Carlo in Vienna; Lucio Silla in Barcelona; Un Ballo in Maschera in Buenos Aires. Among her future plans, it is worth mentioning Nabucco in Gozo and La Forza del Destino at the New National Theatre in Tokyo.

 

Riccardo Zanellato

Riccardo Zanellato’s career has led him to become one of the reference artists for the most important bass roles . Regularly invited by Riccardo Muti for many productions at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome (among others, Iphigénie en Aulide, Moïse et Pharaon, Macbeth< and  Simon Boccanegra), he collaborates with such institutions as the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Teatro Regio in Turin, the Arena in Verona, the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, the Verdi Festival in Parma, the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia, Liceu in Barcelona, the Nederlandse Opera in Amsterdam, the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Opernhaus in Zurich, the Vlaamse Opera in Antwerp, the Opéra de Lausanne and the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. Mr. Zanellato recently sang Verdi’s Requiem in Naples under the baton of Muti, in Vilnius with Violeta Urmana, in Portorico, in Cagliari, in Moscow at the Rostropovich Festival on tour with the Teatro Comunale of Bologna, in Barcelona, in Cincinnati and in St. Louis. Mr. Zanellato lately starred in Luisa Miller in Bilbao, Aida at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Poliuto, La Bohème at the Opernhaus in Zurich and Macbeth at the Opéra de Lyon. Mr. Zanellato sang Banco in Macbeth for the opening production of the 2013/2014 season of the Comunale di Bologna (R. Abbado/Wilson). He then performed Nabucco at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome, Riccardo Muti conducting, La Juive and a New Year’s Eve Concert in Vilnius and again Nabucco in Stuttgart and Leipzig. Mr. Zanellato has just sung Schubert’s Mass in A flat Major for his debut at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, again with Muti.

Mr. Zanellato’s future plans include: Nabucco in Nancy and Stuttgart; Simon Boccanegra at the Opéra de Lyon and in Dresden; Norma at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris; Il Trovatore at the Salzburg Festival besides Placido Domingo and under Daniele Gatti and at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan; Verdi’s Requiem at the Ravenna Festival and on tour in Italy and Slovenia under the baton of Riccardo Muti.

 

Rosanna Lo Greco

Rosanna Lo Greco - Clotilde

Young and upcoming soprano Rosanna Lo Greco graduated with honor at the Conservatory Benedetto Marcello in Venice and she is now furthering her studies under the guidance of Mariella Devia. Rosanna Lo Greco won numerous prizes in important international Contests such as: A.G.I.M.U.S in Rome (2009); AsLiCo (Teatro Sociale di Como); finalist at the Santa Chiara Contest in Naples (2011 and 2012). She recently won the role of Musetta in La Bohème at the 2013 Arena di Verona Competition. In the past seasons she performed as Musetta (La Bohème) in Treviso and Genoa; Fiordispina (L’impresario in angustie) in Venice (Teatro Arsenale); Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro) in Udine and Trieste; First Dame and Papagena (Die Zauberflöte) at the Teatro Regio in Turin, Comunale in Bologna, and on tour in Italy in Como, Brescia, Reggio Emilia, Cremona, Milan (Arcimboldi), Rome, Pordenone; Frasquita in Carmen at the “Marghera Opera Festival” in a cooproduction with the La Fenice in Venice. Rosanna Lo Greco has recently performed in Il Trovatore (Ines) at the Sferisterio Opera Festival in Macerata, Paolo Arrivabeni conducting.

Among her future projects: Aida (Sacerdotessa) in St. Margarethen and La Bohème (Musetta) at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona.

 

Gilberto Mulargia

Gilberto Mulargia - Flavio

A winner of the Toti dal Monte competition in 2011, he took part in Traviata, Rigoletto and Nabucco at the Teatro della Fortuna in Fano, Madama Butterfly in Treviso and Rovigo and Rigoletto at the Teatro delle Muse in Ancona.  

  

Plans include Olympia2000 by Molinelli in Savona.
