Aquiles Machado - Pinkerton*
Winner of
numerous international competitions including Operalia and Viñas, Aquiles
Machado makes his debut with Elisir d'Amore in Caracas and later with
Macbeth in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Among his most successful
interpretations: La Traviata (Bilbao, Cagliari), Rigoletto (Nice,
Verona), Macbeth (Valencia), La Bohème (Florence, Madrid, Tokyo,
Los Angeles, Washington), Lucia di Lammermoor (Las Palmas, Bilbao),
Faust (Nice), Der Rosenkavalier (Vienna), Les Contes d'Hoffmann
(Seville and Rome), Luisa Miller (Naples), Les Troyens (London
Symphony Orchestra). In recent years he discovered a more dramatic repertoire
with Tosca (Beijing), Un Ballo in Maschera (Liége), La Forza
del Destino (Festival Verdi at the Teatro Regio in Parma and Wiener
Staatsoper) and Simone Boccanegra (Berlin and Barcellona). He works with
prestigious conductors, such as: Daniel Barenboim, Maurizio Benini, Semyon
Bychkov, Riccardo Chailly, Jesús Lopez Cobos, Placido Domingo, Rafael Frubeck de
Burgos, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Leopold Hagger, Friedrich Hayder, Daniel Oren,
Mistlav Rostropovich.
After his
success gained as Mario Cavaradossi in Tosca and I Masnadieri in
Naples Aquiles Machado recently performed in La Gioconda in Palermo,
Carmen in Las Palmas, as Gabriele Adorno in Simon Boccanegra at the
Opernhaus in Zurich, and Alfredo in La Traviata in Florence.
Future plans

at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome; Un ballo in maschera (Riccardo) in
Rovigo and Savona; Norma and Verdi’s Requiem at the Teatro
Comunale in Bologna; Roméo et Juliette (Roméo)at the Opéra Royal de
Wallonie in Liège; recital at the Sferisterio Opera Festival in Macerata.

Annunziata Vestri - Suzuki
Winner of
“Laura Volpi”, “Maria Caniglia” and Rosertum Lyric Contests, she made her debut
in 2003 as Suzuki. Eclectic artist with bold acting qualities she can boast a
huge repertoire that spams from Bel Canto to Verdi and Puccini's masterpieces.
She recently sang Preziosilla in La Forza del Destino at the Teatro Regio
in Parma and Ninetta in Les vêpres siciliennes at the Teatro San Carlo in
Naples, both of them conducted by Gianluigi Gelmetti.
She also performed in Il viaggio
a Reims in Florence, Elektra at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome,
Madama Butterfly in Bergamo, Novara and in Rigoletto a Pisa.
She made her outstanding film debut in C. Verdone movie "La Cenerentola", Rada
Film production.
Future
plans:
Belisario
(Irene) at the Donizetti Festival in Bergamo; L’Arlesiana (Rosa Mamai) at
the Wexford Festival Opera; recital in Montecarlo.

Nicola Pamio - Goro
Particularly appreciated for his acting quatities he regularly collaborated with
La Scala in Milan. In the Milanese opera house he performed in Musorgskij's
Il Matrimonio, Massenet's Manon, Peter Grimes, Azio Corghi's
Tatjana, I Pagliacci. He recently performed in Otello in
Zurich and in Don Quichotte in Cagliari. Future plans:
Rigoletto at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan and on tour in Japan; Rossini’s
Otello at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris.
