Marco Armiliato – conductor
One of the
leading names in the international operatic scene, he is regular guest of the
most prestigious theaters in the world. His recording of verismo arias
with Renée Fleming won a Grammy Award in 2010.

Opera), La Traviata, Andrea Chénier, La Traviata and Tosca (Vienna
State Opera), Madama Butterfly in Chicago and La Fille du Régiment (Paris
Opéra).
Plans include Aida, La Traviata (Metropolitan
in New York); Andrea Chénier, L’Elisir d’Amore, Don Carlo, I
Puritani, Manon Lescaut, La Bohème, Roméo et Juliette, La
Traviata, Il Trovatore (new production)
and Simon Boccanegra (Vienna State Opera), Lucrezia Borgia (Liceu,
Barcelona), Manon Lescaut (Amsterdam), La Fanciulla del West and La
Traviata (Zürich), Faust(Deutsche Oper Berlin), Werther (New
National Theater, Tokyo), Dom Sébastien roi de Portugal (Toulouse) and
returns to the Metropolitan Opera. M° Armiliato will perform in concerts in
Vienna, Lucerne, Barcelona and Paris.
