Born in 1991 in Termopil (Ukraine) began very young studying piano in his native town.

In 2007, he moved to Italy where in Rimini he began studying singing at the Santa Cecilia School under the guidance of Valeria Esposito.

Vasyl was finalist at the Renata Tebaldi singing international contest in 2016.

In 2018 he entered at the Accademia Verdiana at the Teatro Regio di Parma specializing with  Giovanna Casolla, Barbara Frittoli, Leo Muscato, William Matteuzzi, Fiorenza Cedolins, Cecilia Gasdia, Fabrizio Carminati, Simone Savina, Sonia Ganassi, Vincenzo De Vivo.
In 2010, he started to collaborate with the Galli Choir in Rimini, singing in operas such as Aida, Carmen, Nabucco, Barbiere di Siviglia, Carmina burana and a series of concerts.
In 2015, he made his debut in Lehar’s Die Lustige Witwe in Lucca, Pisa and Livorno.

In the past season, he participated in prestigious productions such as: Nabucco with the Teatro Regio in Parma on tour in Monte Carlo; Le siège de Corinthe at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; Der fliegende Holländer at the Petruzzelli di Bari.
He has just made his debut as Nemorino in L’Elisir d’amore at the Teatro Comunale in Modena in the frame of the special project Modena Città del Belcanto.

At the Macerata Opera Festival he participated at the Rigoletto production (Borsa) and took part in I due Foscari at the Festival Verdi 2019 in Parma. He has also sang as Pong in Turandot and as Il remendado in Carmen in the Circuito Marchigiano. Other recent engagements include: Le bourgeois gentilhomme, Ariadne auf Naxos, Haydn's La Creazione at the Martina Franca Festival; Thomas' Le songe d'une nuit d'été at the Wexford Festival; Marin Faliero in Bergamo; Rota's La scuola guida in Jesi.
