After his brilliant debuts as
Riccardo in Un ballo in maschera under Riccardo Chailly at the Leipzig
Opernhaus, he became a refined interpreter of italian repertoire and he started
an intense and exciting career that brought him to some of the most prestigious
theaters and festival such as: Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Zurich Opernhaus,
Bayerische Staatsoper, Hamburgische Staatsoper, Wiener Staatsoper, Opernhaus in
Leipzig, Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino,
Teatro Municipal in Santiago de Chile, Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in
Valencia, Teatro Regio in Tutin, Arena di Verona, Teatro Regio in Parma, Opéra
Bastille in Paris and Festival Pucciniano in Torre del Lago.
He recently sang Madama
Butterfly and La Bohème at the Teatro Regio in Turin; Lucia di
Lammermoor in Hamburg and in Trieste; La Bohème at the Teatro Carlo
Felice in Genoa; Simon Boccanegra in Vienna; Poliuto at the Zurich
Opernhaus.
Future
plans include
: Poliuto
at the Opera in Marseille; La Bohème at the Hamburgische Staatsoper and
in Las Palmas, Madama Butterfly in Minorca.

Stefano Antonucci - Giorgio Gérmont
Stefano Antonucci made his debut in 1986 with Lucia di Lammermoor (Lord
Enrico Ashton) in Alessandria and in 1988 with La Bohème (Marcello) at
the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, followed by appearances at several prestigious
opera houses, such as the Teatro Regio in Turin, Teatro Comunale in Bologna,
Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, Teatro Comunale in Florence, Teatro dell'Opera in
Rome, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, as well as opera houses in Berlin, Lyon,
Vienna, Paris, Munich, Monte-Carlo and St. Petersburg, collaborating with such
conductors as Daniele Callegari, Vladimir Delman, Daniele Gatti, Gianandrea
Gavazzeni, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Alain Guingal, Lorin Maazel, Stefano Ranzani,
Donato Renzetti, George Solti and Marcello Viotti. He recently performed: La
Traviata in Santiago de Chile, Montpellier, Genoa and Bologna; Rigoletto
in Dijon, Zurich and at the Terme di Caracalla in Rome; Adriana Lecouvreur
(Michonnet) and La Bohème in Florence. He recorded Mercadante's
Virginia for Opera Rara (2008) and Donizetti's Adelia for
BMG-Ricordi.
His future plans
include La Traviata in Montecarlo, Madama Butterfly in Malta.
