Marco Armiliato - conductor
One of the leading names in the international operatic scene, he is regular
guest of the most prestigious theaters in the world. His recording of verismo
arias with Renée Fleming won a Grammy Award in 2010. His recent
engagements include Anna Bolena (Metropolitan Opera, New York, opening
night of the 2011/12 season), Tosca, Rigoletto, La Traviata and
Turandot (Bavarian State Opera), Aida and Tosca (Arena di
Verona), Ernani, Aida, Francesca da Rimini and Rigoletto
(Metropolitan Opera), La Traviata, Andrea Chénier and Tosca
(Vienna State Opera) and La Fille du régiment (Paris Opéra).

include L’Elisir d’Amore, Don Carlo, Manon Lescaut,
Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Simon Boccanegra (Vienna State Opera),
