Konstantine Kipiani was born in 1987 into a family of Georgian musicians
      and artists. His grandfather Baadur Kipiani was a famous baritone, and his
      father Givi Kipiani a member of the ensemble of the Mariinsky Theatre in
      St. Petersburg. His grandmother Dudukhana Tserodze was a famous actress,
      very popular in the USSR.
    He began his vocal journey with traditional Georgian music and later
      decided to expand the range of his abilities by studying opera singing
      with the internationally renowned Maestro Badri Maisuradze: in 2018 he
      entered the Tbilisi Conservatory and in 2019 he made his debut at the
      Opera House of the same city, singing Macduff in Verdi's Macbeth.
    In 2021, he took third place in the Montserrat Caballé International
      Singing Competition in Barcelona and second place in the Opera Crown
      International Voice Competition in Tbilisi.
    His past engagements include: Don Alvaro in La forza del destino,
      Ismaele in Nabucco, Renato in Manon Lescaut, Rodolfo in La
        Bohème, Andrea Chénier and Samson et Dalila in
      Tbilisi; Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana in Bergen (Grieghallen);
      Andrea Chénier, Boito's Nerone and Catalani's La
        Wally at the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari; and Manon Lescaut at
      the Teatro Petruzzelli di Bari.
