Kenneth Tarver - Don Ramiro

Acclaimed interpreter of Don Giovanni, Così fan tutte, Orphée et Eurydice, Die Entführung aus dem Serail, Moïse et Pharaon, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, The Nose by Shostakovich, La Cenerentola, Don Pasquale, and Die Zauberföte. He collaborates with: the Royal Opera Hause Covent Garden, the Metropolita Opera, the Vienna State Opera, the Deutsche Oper and the Staatsoper in Berlin, the Bayerische Staatsoper, the Semper Oper in Dresden, the Liceu in Barcelona, the Teatro Municipal in Santiago, Chile, the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, the Orchestra Nazionale della RAI in Turin. Among the numerous recordings stand out Les Troyens with Sir Colin Davis and the London Symphony winner of two Grammy Awards and Don Giovanni with Renée Jacobs (Harmonia Mundi).

Future plans include: studio recording of Mozart’s Così fan tutte for Sony under the baton of Theodor Currentzis, Handel’s Messiah with the New York Philharmonic under Emmanuelle Haïm, Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Santiago (Chile), Les Indes Galantes in Bordeaux under Christophe Rousset.
