Mezzo-soprano, born in Belém, Brazil, she began studying opera singing in
2008 with Márcia Aliverti at the Carlos Gomes Conservatory. She made her
debut at just 19 years old in Belém as the title role in Purcell’s Dido
and Aeneas.
In 2011 she received a letter of invitation and a scholarship to study in
Italy; that same year, she won the "Young Promise" award at the
International Sacred Music Competition in Rome.
In 2014 she graduated in Voice from the Conservatory of Rovigo under
Luisa Giannini. In the same year, she made her European debut in Paolo
Furlani’s The Water‑Babies at the Teatro Sociale of Rovigo.
From 2015 to 2017 she was a member of the Accademia del Maggio Musicale
Fiorentino, where she sang in Viktor Ullmann’s Der Kaiser von Atlantis,
Engelbert Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel, Verdi’s La traviata,
Rossini’s La Cenerentola, and Mozart’s Requiem, also
participating in tours to Oman and Tunisia.
At the Rossini in Wildbad Festival she performed in L’italiana in
Algeri, Manuel García’s Le cinesi, Peter von Lindpaintner’s
Il vespro siciliano, and Rossini’s Aureliano in Palmira; at
Belém’s Teatro da Paz she sang in Verdi’s Otello; at the Teatro
Olimpico in Vicenza she appeared in Il signor Bruschino; and in
Legnago, Chieti, Belluno, Jesi, Verona, and Florence she performed in
Antonio Salieri’s La scuola de’ gelosi. In November 2017, she sang
in Niccolò Jommelli’s Il cacciatore deluso in Tübingen and took
part in the “Homage to Pavarotti” concert at the Royal Opera House in
Muscat, Oman.
In 2018 she debuted at the Opéra de Lyon in Respighi’s La bella
addormentata nel bosco and sang Flora in La traviata in
Pordenone and at the Teatro del Maggio, where she also performed as Tisbe
in La Cenerentola. She attended the “Rodolfo Celletti” Bel Canto
Academy courses promoted by the Paolo Grassi Foundation in Martina Franca;
she then made her debut at the Valle d’Itria Festival singing Rossini’s
cantata Giovanna d’Arco in concert, and the role of the Christian
Magician in Handel’s Rinaldo, conducted by Fabio Luisi.
In 2019 she made her debut at the Sofia Opera House as Azucena in Verdi’s
Il trovatore; she debuted as Fidalma in Cimarosa’s Il
matrimonio segreto for the opening of the Valle d’Itria Festival in
Martina Franca, staged by Pierluigi Pizzi; she also sang Amneris in
Verdi’s Aida at the Ravenna Festival.
In January 2020, at the Teatro del Maggio, she appeared in Alfano’s Risurrezione
in the roles of Korablyova and Vera; she returned to the Valle d’Itria
Festival in Martina Franca for Strauss’s Der Bürger als Edelmann
and Arianna a Nasso, conducted by Fabio Luisi; and she sang Flora
in La traviata and Tisbe in La Cenerentola at the Teatro
Comunale in Modena.
In March 2021 she performed the role of Berta in Rossini’s The Barber
of Seville at the Teatro Valli in Reggio Emilia; she sang in La
traviata at the Arena di Verona; she was the alto soloist in
Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle in Modena. She sang Azucena at
the Teatro Verdi in Pisa; made her titular-role debut in Gluck’s Orfeo
at the Teatro Lirico of Cagliari; and performed at the inaugural concerts
of the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona and the Teatro Pavarotti‑Freni in
Modena.
In 2022 she performed Berta in Modena and Reggio Emilia; in the summer
she made her debut at Oper Frankfurt in Puccini’s Il trittico,
singing the roles of Frugola, the Princess Aunt, and Zita. At the end of
2022 she took part in a Verdi concert in Istanbul, Turkey, promoted by the
Pavarotti Foundation.
In February and March 2023 she sang Flora in the Florentine production of
Verdi’s La traviata under the baton of Zubin Mehta; she sang the
Princess Aunt in Livorno during the summer season; in October 2023 she
sang Amneris in Budapest under the baton of Riccardo Frizza.
From 2017 to 2020 she took part each year in the vocal technique and
repertoire interpretation masterclass taught by Raina Kabaivanska at the
Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali Vecchi‑Tonelli in Modena.
In 2019, she completed a two-year postgraduate course in Operatic Singing
at the “Luigi Cherubini” Conservatory under Donatella Debolini; in 2024
she graduated with top honors (110 cum laude) and received an honorable
mention in her specialization in Vocal Chamber Music in Florence with
Leonardo De Lisi.
Her discography includes recordings for Naxos: Peter von Lindpaintner’s Il
vespro siciliano (2015), Rossini’s Aureliano in Palmira
(2017); for Dynamic: Alfano’s Risurrezione (2020); and for Maggio
Live: Manuel García’s Le cinesi (2016).
Her recent engagements include Rimsky‑Korsakov’s The Snow Maiden
at the Tiroler Festival Erl, where she debuted as Primavera; Azucena in Il
trovatore at theaters in Livorno, Lucca, and Savona; Amneris in Aida,
directed by De Ana, in Sofia; and Verdi’s Rigoletto at the
Donizetti Theater in Bergamo.
Among the 2025‑26 season engagements are: La tragédie de Carmen
in Sibiu and Livorno; Rigoletto at the Seoul Arts Center; and Aida
in Fidenza.
